This Privacy Policy explains how Global Sprachhaus ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit our website, book a class or buy a course. By using our website or services, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Details you give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, city, and your German learning goals when you book a demo, enquire or enrol.

  • Class information: attendance, progress and, where classes are recorded, your participation in the recording.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and ad source (such as UTM tags), collected through cookies and analytics tools.

2. How we use your information

  • To confirm bookings, process payments and send receipts.
  • To send your Zoom class link, class reminders, study material and course updates by WhatsApp, SMS or email.
  • To help you choose the right level and batch, and to answer your questions.
  • To improve our classes, website and advertising.
  • To send offers about our courses. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need:
