Shipping and Delivery Policy

Global Sprachhaus offers live online German classes and digital study material. We do not sell or ship any physical products.

1. How our services are delivered

  • Live classes: held on Zoom. Your Zoom link is sent to your WhatsApp number and/or email address after payment.
  • Study material: practice PDFs, worksheets and class recordings are shared digitally through WhatsApp, email or an online link.

2. Delivery timeline

  • Your booking confirmation is sent right after successful payment.
  • Your class link and joining details are sent within 24 hours of payment, and always before your first class.
  • Class recordings, where included, are shared within 24 to 48 hours after each class.

3. Shipping charges

There are no shipping or delivery charges, as everything is delivered online.

4. Did not receive your link?

Please check your WhatsApp messages and your email inbox, including the spam folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will resend it right away.
