Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to everyone who uses the Global Sprachhaus website or books any of our classes or courses. By making a booking or payment, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Global Sprachhaus is a German language institute offering live online German classes, including a paid 2 day demo and level courses such as A1. Our contact details are at the end of this page.

2. Our services

  • ₹99 Demo: 2 live Zoom classes of 60 minutes each on a Saturday and Sunday, a practice PDF, a live Q&A and a level plan call.
  • Level courses (such as A1): live online classes with a certified teacher, class recordings, study material and doubt support, as described on the course page at the time of enrolment.

All classes are delivered online. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Booking and payment

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay through UPI, cards, net banking or wallets.
  • Your seat is confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Where a course allows payment in instalments, each instalment must be paid by its due date to keep attending classes.
  • If you join the A1 course within 7 days of attending the demo, your ₹99 demo fee is adjusted in your A1 fee.

4. Class schedule and access

  • Your Zoom link is sent on WhatsApp and/or email after payment. Please keep it private and do not share it.
  • You need a stable internet connection and a phone, tablet or laptop to join.
  • We may change a class time, date or teacher if needed. We will tell you in advance whenever possible.

5. Student conduct

We expect respectful behaviour towards teachers and other students. We may remove a student from a class or course, without refund, for abusive behaviour, disrupting classes, or sharing course material or class links with others.

6. Intellectual property

All class content, recordings, PDFs, worksheets and other material belong to Global Sprachhaus. They are for your personal learning only. You may not copy, record, resell or share them without our written permission.

7. Results

We do our best to help every student learn German. Your progress and exam results depend on your attendance, practice and effort, so we cannot guarantee a particular exam score, admission, visa or job outcome.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Global Sprachhaus is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for issues caused by your internet connection, device, or third party platforms such as Zoom, WhatsApp or Razorpay. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service concerned.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
